Core Trainer, designed to be inserted into a plate and used as a grappler/landmine, ideal for strengthening the core.

This compact, inexpensive, and versatile piece of equipment turns a standard barbell and plates in to a functional/core training powerhouse, allowing for:

Dynamic and challenging work from unconventional angles:

"Core trainer" or "Landmine" for every angled exercise
Very nice design, solid, not to short for safely fixing any 50mm bar and not too long to waste your time or struggle getting it in.
You can use it for core training, but it really shines in rowing exercises (for lats) when you also attach a handle to the other side of the bar (two-handed & one-handed).
Without a doubt essential for one-handed shoulder and upper chest exercises, but also for angled squats (front or back angled), to target specific parts of the leg muscle groups, that you couldn't isolate otherwise. Review by Steven K / (Posted on 7/29/2018)
