How much does shipping cost for...?

Shipping is calculated automatically based on the weight and dimensions of your order, and on the area/country delivery is to. You can put items in your shopping cart and from the cart, enter your country/postcode in the shipping estimator to check how much it will cost. We charge shipping based on the charges which are incurred by ourselves.


Is VAT included in your prices?

Yes, all our prices include VAT.


I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email

If you have successfully placed an order, an order confirmation will have been automatically emailed to the email address you used for the order. Sometimes these are filtered to junk/spam, please check and let us kno if you still cannot locate the confirmation.


How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship out as soon as possible, which is generally 1 - 2 working days ( Monday to Friday) after you have placed your order. You will receive a shipment notification when your order has been sent, with details of approximate delivery times. Generally, you will receive you order within 3 working days. For orders from other European countries than Germany it will take about 5 days.

Which size should I choose?

Please use our size guide you find on the product pages. Please understand that we can't provide size recommendations since requirements in sports and athlete's preferences are individual.


Which sleeves / wraps should I choose?

The tightness and level of support from the wraps/sleeves are specific to the athlete`s personal preferences and needs.


Is the equipment suitable for outdoor usage?

We don't recommend outdoor usage.


Can I personalize products (name on belt e.g.)?

No, we don't offer this service.
