Our thick pad flat bench combines all of the above to provide that added comfort and support to your lifting.

Fitted with a 7.5cm thick back pad and rated to 600kg, this bench will allow you to securely take on even the heaviest of lifts. An accessible handle at the front and fitted wheels at the rear enable lifters to easily manoeuver this bench around the gym. Made with powerlifters in mind, the front support foot will not get in the way of your leg positioning.
