I've had this belt (13mm) for 3 months now and it's bloody incredible. Once you go lever you never go prong again (?!). You'll get some bruises after the first couple of times you use it, but that happens with every belt when you wear it in, a part of the game.

Lever belt is pure awesomness. I`ve been training for years with all the different belts, simple 4" bb style, 4" powerlifting style, Schiek 6", you name it and never used lever. Now I see what feels like to take it on and off with a snap
